Well Hello Everyone!

We are gearing up for our next gathering!

There is also a link on the Comp-tac.com home page.

We are about to spend the last of the funds you donated just in time to hit you up for some more.

The first recipients were A Troop "ACES" 6-/17 Air Cav COB SPEICHER, IRAQ. They are the troop in the photo we are using this year. You provided them each with 5 H&K M4 mags and three new mags for their M9's. They also requested 20 LoneStar Slings slings made by Spec-Ops. I contacted Wes Davis VP of sales and he would not take our money! Spec-Ops donated them outright. Starbucks asked if there was room for some of their products in the shipment. Of course there was.

Next was the 100th Battalion 4452 Infantry in Camp Cedar II Iraq. You provided them with needed 20 Leatherman tools. And Starbucks! They sent us a flag that they flew "in the face of the enemy over Camp Cedar II". It will fly at the match in your honor. It still has Iraq sand in it.

Next up was

200th Regiment
Medical Section
337 Regimental Ave, BLG 1021
Anniston, Al 36205

They were in training for deployment in Alabama and did not have a full kit.  All items went to Afghanistan and will transfer to their replacements to stay in theater.

You provided...
50-0011 NAR Rescue Sleeve II™   Black  X2

50-0022 NAR Extrication Vest    X2
50-0020 NAR Head Immobilizer    X2

all acquired from North American Rescue

A message from the Commander,

Thank you very much for your support.

Hopefully we will not need the medical supplies, but if we do it is great to know that we have life saving supplies to take care of my soldiers.

In the next few months we will be out of the Armory for several training events. We are planning family day activities on 07JUN09 and a going away cermony on 27JUN09. If you would like to join us at either or both events you are welcome.

Thank you very much for you generous donation.

CPT David A. Worthy
Commander
217th Military Police Company
508 HWY 82, Prattville, AL 36067

I'll try not to be too much of a pest but still keep you informed.

Thank you all,
Gregg
